We also strive to ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our valued customers. Therefore, we present to you our ordering policy when placing an order through our website.
Returns of fresh meat and poultry products
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged product
You can submit a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order by sending a picture showing the condition of the order or product via WhatsApp (0541429235) to verify the issue.
If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your account on the same day or within a maximum of 30 days depending on the bank.
- If you wish to cancel or return an order
You can cancel or modify your order while its status is “In Progress”. However, if the status is “Out for Delivery,” we apologize as the order has already been prepared and processed specifically for you.

- Returns or exchanges for pickup orders
The customer must pick up the order on the same day to maintain the quality of the products after receiving a WhatsApp message confirming that the order is ready for pickup.
If the customer wishes to change the pickup day, they must notify us.
The customer may cancel and refund the order before its status changes from “In Progress” to “Completed.”
- Returns for other products
You can return products in their original condition within one day from the date of purchase via WhatsApp (0541429235).
The customer must provide the purchase receipt along with the product to be returned.
If you wish to send a delivery driver to collect the product for return, additional delivery fees will be charged.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed after contacting you.
- Delivery orders
Additional charges will apply if you wish to change the delivery location depending on the area. You can view the delivery fee list here.
If the driver does not receive any response from the customer upon arrival, the order will be returned to the branch, and it may be picked up within 24 hours only; otherwise, additional charges will apply for redelivery.
If the order is not collected after being returned to the branch, it will be canceled completely.
