Preparation method:

You can prepare chicken kebabs at home grilled on a griddle or in the oven, but we always recommend cooking them on a griddle or in a pan over medium to high heat, turning the skewers continuously every minute until done. Before fully cooking, you may add a little water, lower the heat, and cover with a lid for 1–2 minutes.

Variety of quick and delicious dishes you can make with chicken kebabs:

• Sandwiches with Arabic bread, saj, or tortilla (parsley or arugula, tomatoes, onions, tahini)
• Chicken kebabs with rice, daqoos, and grilled tomatoes
