Preparation method:
Beef kebabs can be grilled on a griddle or in the oven, but we always recommend cooking them on a griddle or pan over medium to high heat, turning the skewers continuously every minute until cooked. Before they are fully done, you can add a little water, cover with a lid, and lower the heat for 1–2 minutes.

- We don’t recommend it, but you can try. However, it may make them dry or tough.
