Preparation instructions:

These Souq-style kofta can be grilled on a griddle or baked in the oven. However, we always recommend cooking them on a griddle or in a pan over medium-high heat, stirring continuously every minute until cooked through. Before they are fully cooked, you can add a little water, reduce the heat, and cover the pan for 2-3 minutes.
